For 35 minutes we will grind out effective exercises for all fitness levels. I will lead you in my favorite workouts that have kept me toned, strong and flexible! Yes - this is for all abilities!

SHINE

We finish up each day with the "Morning Mindset Warm-Up" based on my proven Game Plan Metholodology that will create a healthy shine from the inside out!

NOURISH

Learn simple and easy ways to fuel your body & mind with foods that keep you full but not bloated, and create meals that work you & your schedule.

REFLECT

Realize the power in reflection and it's benefits to creaing consistancy and balance in both your professional and personal life with an evening routine.

*Dumbbell Diva is a fusion of strength exercises using dumbbells and body weight, functional mobility movements, and energetic mindset shifts.


**Pilates Fusion will enhance your posture and mobility throught the use of traditional mat pilates exercises and creative core movements.


***Get Stretchy is a gentle full body stretch class that allows for a day of active recovery. This just may become your favorite day of the week.


****Supergirl is an interval class utalizing a combo of cardio kickboxing, a bit of old school aerobics, and cardio dance, followed by a HIIT interval and active rest strength interval. This was the most popular class at Sweat Like A Girl - my brick and morter gym!


Classes are on zoom - you can choose to turn your camera on or off based on your level of comfort. However, when your camera is on, I can provide instant feedback on your form which will allow you to get more out of your workout!


Rise Grind Shine is so much more than a workout program, we are a supportive community and this is your catalyst to winning the day, over and over again!
